Saka Engineering Systems Pvt. Ltd. has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Pune Industrial Area. We manufacture world class equipments at our manufacturing facility. Our production is planned meticulously to ensure timely delivery and quality is supervised punctiliously to ascertain conformity to world class standards. Our motto is to maintain unity between man and machine to achieve excellence in production. We have gained acclaim for strictly following GMP standards.

Research And Development


We understand that every client has different requirements which can be met by Innovation and Excogitation. Hence, we invest our resources in Research & Development to get optimum solutions to industrial drying systems. We have facilities to explore the untouched domains in the realm of industrial drying. Our pilot plant facilities enable us test the products in microcosm before proceeding to macrocosmic actual plants. The pilot scale plants include:

  1. Spray dryer with following options:
    2. i) Atomization by rotary atomizer. ii) Nozzle Spray with various configurations viz. Co-current, Counter-current and mixed flow.
  2. Multistage dryer.
  3. Closed loop spray dryer.
  4. Spray cooler with various configurations viz. Co-current, Counter-current and mixed flow.
  5. Fluid bed dryer
  6. Rotary dryer

Our expert team of Research and Development is not only focused on design aspects , but we also know that a good design should be coupled with modern control systems which can ensure consistent and safe performance and operability.
